A native to the San Francisco Bay Area, Caro is a literary manager, dramaturg, stage manager, scenic and lighting designer, and producer passionate about supporting emerging playwrights, new works, and stories that amplify the voices of marginalized communities.

They are a current Literary Apprentice at the Magic Theatre, and previously served on the board of the Stanford Asian American Theater Project for four years in technical and artistic leadership positions.
