10 Minute Play Festival
For this year’s ConFest, CAATA commissioned nine playwrights and one theater company to create original stories about events that have impacted the Native Hawaiʻi and Pacific Islander communities over the past few years. Each playwright group was paired with a director and advisor to help them bring their ideas to life.
The result? nine beautiful plays that will bring joy, laughter, tears, heartbreak, and above all, conversation to ConFest and beyond.
These plays will be presented in three separate groups, each section one hour long. Come Friday, Saturday, or Sunday — but don’t miss your chance to experience these plays for the first time live on our stage.
