Bring your lunch and join Ian-Julian Williams, Theater & Musical Theater Specialist at the NEA, for this grants workshop where he will introduce funding opportunities and special initiatives available through the agency, highlight NEA supported projects, and answer any questions you may have.

 

About Ian-Julian Williams

Ian-Julian Williams serves as a Theater & Musical Theater specialist at the National Endowment for the Arts working directly on Grants for Arts Projects, the Arts Endowment's largest grants program for organizations providing comprehensive and expansive funding opportunities for communities, as well as the Musical Theater Songwriting Challenge and Shakespeare in American Communities national initiatives. Prior to joining the Arts Endowment, Ian served as a member of Center Theatre Group’s artistic staff as program coordinator for the Block Party program and as grants associate with the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs. Additionally, Ian served an associate artist, dramaturg, and reading committee member of the Ojai Playwrights Conference, presented work nationally with Poland’s Adam Mickiewicz Institute, and served as a company management assistant for the "Hamilton" national tour.
