Gideon-Patrick Thorpe Lorete
An aspiring actor, dancer, and singer, my mission is to obtain much information and knowledge about the world around me and apply the tools and skills that I have equipped to create much movement and constructive noise within the societies that I cross by. Being born and raised in Saipan, an island within the chain of the Northern Marianas Islands, and having lived in America for only ten years, I walk with much knowledge of my own culture equipped with the Polynesian dance and fire arts and the language and linguistics of the island and have also observed and absorbed the American culture from my time here in Cleveland, Ohio. I am a two year alumna of Baldwin Wallace University with a degree that's focused in acting, directing, multi-media, dance, choreography, and entrepreneurship. Credits include work from Karamu House Theater, Convergence-Continuum, and Pickwick and Frolic. I continue to spread awareness and the enjoyment of my own culture as a freelance Polynesian and Fire Dancer.
