Jon-Clair Lee

A graduate of New York University, Tisch School of the Arts (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting, and Masters of Fine Arts in Film and TV Directing), Mr. Lee came to Sydney in 1991 and has been a principal acting instructor and actor at Sydney Talent Company. Mr. Lee has featured in feature films (Mao’s Last Dancer, Muriel’s Wedding, Nim’s Island, Turning April, 13 Gantry Row, The Exorcist III, Raise the Titanic, etc.); TV dramas (Home and Away, GP, Singapore Sling, Heartbreak High, Joh’s Jury, All Saints, Wildside, Young Lions, Sea Patrol, Mako: Island of Secrets); Theatre productions (Chimerica - New Theatre, Glorious - Sydney Playhouse, Design by Living - Arena Stage Washington DC, They Knew What They Wanted - Totempole Playhouse, Pennsylvania). Mr. Lee has also produced and directed two recent feature films: Innocent Killer (2017) and Greed (2019), which have gone on to win numerous awards at international festivals. He is a proud member of Screen Actors Guild (USA), Media Entertainment Arts Alliance (MEAA), Australian Directors’ Guild (ADG), Australian Writers’ Guild (AWG) and Screen Producers Australia (SPA).
